Group and corporate training

Private cohorts for finance departments, universities, professional bodies and organisations across the Middle East.

Group training

Train the team together, on your material

A private cohort is not a public course with your staff in it. We build the syllabus around your sector, your systems and the errors your team actually makes — which we establish before the first session, usually by reviewing a sample of your own working papers under a confidentiality agreement.

  • Private group courses for six to twenty-five learners
  • Bespoke course content built around your sector and systems
  • Multiple-day programmes or weekly sessions across a term
  • Online delivery across GCC time zones, or on site where practical
  • Customised schedules that work around month-end and audit season
  • Group certification and a completion report for the sponsor

Government and semi-government

Corporate programmes

Multi-cohort corporate programmes

For organisations training a finance population rather than a team: several cohorts, sequenced by level, with progress reported to the sponsor throughout. We map your existing capability first, then propose the programme structure — which sometimes means telling you that three of your five proposed cohorts do not need the training you were planning to buy.

  • Capability mapping before the programme is designed
  • Cohorts sequenced by level rather than by department
  • Progress reporting to the sponsor after each module
  • Consistent assessment across every cohort
  • A completion report you can put in front of your board or auditor
How a group booking is built

From first conversation to completion report

  1. Scoping call

Numbers, levels, subjects, timing and what the organisation is trying to fix.

  2. Capability review

Optional, and usually worth it. We review sample work under confidentiality to target the syllabus.

  3. Written proposal

Syllabus, schedule, trainer, assessment, certification and fee. Nothing verbal.

  4. Delivery

Online or on site, scheduled around month-end and audit commitments.

  5. Assessment and reporting

Individual certificates plus a completion report to the sponsor.

Include how many learners, their current level, and the outcome you need. If you have a deadline — a system go-live, an audit, a new filing obligation — tell us and we will build the schedule backwards from it.
