Last updated: January 2026. These terms are a template for IHM Accountant and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before publication.
Enrolment
An enrolment is formed when you accept a written quotation from IHM Accountant. The quotation states the course, the fee, the dates, the delivery method, the trainer and the certificate you will receive on successful completion.
Fees
Fees are quoted individually and are stated in the written quotation. No fee is payable until you accept a quotation. Fees quoted are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Delivery
Courses are delivered live online unless the quotation states on-site delivery. Where a session cannot proceed for reasons within our control, it is rescheduled at no additional cost.
Assessment and certification
Certificates are issued on successful completion of the assessment described on the course page. Assessment can be failed; where it is, a resit is offered on the terms in your quotation. The exact certificate wording is confirmed in the quotation before payment. IHM does not describe any certificate as awarded by a university unless a formal partnership agreement permits that description, and the awarding body is named in the quotation where that applies.
Cancellation and transfer
Cancellation and transfer terms are stated in your written quotation and vary between individual, group and corporate bookings. Ask before accepting if anything is unclear.
Intellectual property
Course materials remain the property of IHM Accountant and are provided for the personal use of the enrolled learner. They may not be redistributed or used to deliver training by any other party.
Educational content
Tax, payroll and regulatory content on this website and within our courses is provided for education. It is not advice on your specific circumstances and should not be relied upon as such.
